We began our journey in Central Arkansas in 2022 with the purchase of a distressed foreclosure at a discounted price. After renovating the property, we realized an 18.6% net profit in just 85 days. Inspired by this early success, GilliLand Properties was formed in August 2024. Since then, we’ve expanded our operations into Louisiana and Florida and are exploring opportunities in markets across other states.
